We are currently seeking a skilled Volunteer Administrator to help us with funding applications, accounts, preparing reports, assistance with communications, and fielding enquiries. Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist with preparing funding applications and reports, and respond to enquiries from stakeholders.

Experience in managing accounts, including invoicing, and reconciliation using Xero.

Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in financial records, reports, and funding applications.

Preference given to someone who has knowledge of funding application processes but full training will be given.

Preference given to someone proficient in using productivity tools, such as AI, Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp, the Microsoft and Teams Platform, Google Drive, or other relevant software, to assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and report preparation.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.

Understanding of basic marketing and communications principles to assist with the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns and other initiatives.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Minimum of 5hrs per week but preference for 10hrs per week.
