Administration support, data entry, general office support, helping prepare files and paperwork. Support and training provided. Access to a variety of external training available. About us
We are a non-profit, registered charity providing mental health services for over 40 years. The service was started in 1980 and we now offer a team of Specialist Psychologists, Doctors, Peer Support Facilitators and Helpline Workers. We have been helping thousands of children, adolescents and adults in New Zealand build resilience and recover from anxiety, depression, OCD and phobias. Our organisation is located in St Lukes, Auckland and we offer a free 24/7 national helpline for people across the country.

Our mission
We aim to improve the recognition of anxiety disorders in New Zealand, provide treatment and support to people with anxiety-related conditions and their families. We do this through the provision of high-quality clinical services, utilising the lived experience of our team, and the dedication and support of volunteer staff. We also advocate for funding and support research into the determinants and treatment of anxiety disorders.

Requirements:

Administration experience preferred. Police check needed. Must be able to work safely with excellent personal and professional boundaries in a confidential environment. Trustworthy, reliable and honest, good communication and excellent at following processes are essential qualities.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

4 + hours per week a minimum commitment of 12 months
