Mentors for Young Leaders from East Indonesia

INSPIRASI is a sustainable development programme managed by UnionAID in collaboration with Bursa Pengetahuan Kawasan Timur Indonesia (BaKTI) and Auckland University of Technology (AUT), and funded by the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Our Mentees are young leaders who work for community and non-governmental organisations across East Indonesia, including Papua and West Papua. The young leaders range in age from 20-30 years and are of diverse religion, ethnicity and gender.

Time commitment:

The total time commitment is around 20 hours over a ten-week period. This includes:
-attending an initial briefing to learn about the programme and meet other mentors
-meetings with the young leader for discussion and support (ideally in person)
-sharing knowledge, networks, and resources
