Glenfield Coffee Group Coordinator

As Coordinator for our Plunket Coffee group, you will help coordinate our new parents, arranging for them to meet, open up the clinic, and host initial meetings. Keeping the group connected may involve phone calls, email and using Facebook. The purpose of the role is to bring parents and caregivers together, giving them a chance to meet up in a welcoming and safe environment. These groups help to reduce loneliness and isolation in the community, offer peer support and families can learn what services are available in their community.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is warm and welcoming and able to connect with new parents/caregivers and offer support.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Friday mornings from 10.00-11.30am.
