Board Members

We are seeking x2 volunteer Board members (Māori), to support our small community bicultural organisation. We are a creative art space for tangata whai i te ora, people with lived experience of mental health issues, based in Ōwairaka (Mt Albert).
Skills required – Good communication, passion for people, energy to create change.
Attributes – Keenness to support a bicultural service; Able to attend 6 weekly Governance meetings on Wednesday early evenings in Ōwairaka (Mt Albert).

Requirements:

Must be Tangata whenua and able to commit to 2 hrs (aprox) every six weeks, unless other duties arise.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Aprox 2 hours every six weeks, unless extra Board duties arise
