Food Rescue Chefs

If you love wonky produce and are passionate about making sure nutritious food is never wasted, the Conscious Kitchen is a great place for you to showcase your skills. There's always dishes to wash, jars to prep, produce to chop, cooked food to package, and plenty to cook or bake by yourself or with a team. Our Head Chef and Volunteer Manager will help along the way.

Requirements:
  • Ability to cook or bake in a diverse team
  • Able to follow instructions and do what's needed
  • Flexible to cook without recipes or predictable ingredients
  • Basic level of spoken and written English
Time commitment:

The Conscious Kitchen is open from 9:00am - 12:00pm.
