Young Onset Day Activities (YODA) Group Assistant

Our Mt Albert YODA Group is looking for volunteers to help out twice a month, on an ongoing basis. The group meets on a Wednesday from 10am to 3pm. Volunteers arrive earlier to help with setting up and stay after the group to pack up. The group is a fun blend of activities and may include walking, using the gym, gardening, art and literature appreciation, and sometimes dance and movement are included.
If the volunteer has a special skill to share, such as singing, dancing, drawing, crafting, or anything similar that would be a bonus.
The role will require the volunteer to support the clients, help out and participate if needed.
