Plunket Coffee Group Coordinator

As Coordinator for both our Blockhouse Bay and Green Bay Plunket Coffee groups, you will help coordinate our new mums, arranging for them to meet, open up the clinic, collecting donations, and hosting initial meetings. Keeping the group connected will involve phone calls, email and more importantly using Facebook.

The purpose of the role is to bring parents and caregivers together, giving them a chance to meet up in a welcoming and safe environment. These groups help to reduce loneliness and isolation in the community, offer peer support and for families to learn what services are available in their community.

It is important to notice that this is a dual role for two coffee groups which are not too far from each other. The Green Bay role will be on the forth Wednesdays of the month and the Blockhouse Bay role is on the second Fridays of the month. And both groups meet during school term.
