Mentor for Young People

Do you have a heart to see young people thrive and find confidence within themselves?
Do you want to have a positive impact on a young person just by simply hanging out and having fun?

At Upside, we are passionate about Rangatahi finding brightness in their world, developing resilience, and knowing that someone always has their back.

We support young people aged 9-13 across Auckland who have been referred to us by schools who believe a positive role model is just the thing this young person needs! As an Upside mentor, you will journey alongside a young person for a couple of hours a week for at least 12 months.

We are always on the lookout for amazing people like you who are eager to see change amongst young people and are willing to go above and beyond to see their lives transformed.

If you have 2 hours spare in your week, and want to commit that to bringing brightness into a young persons world, one hangout at a time, we would love to kōrero!

Join the Upside whānau, and join us on the journey of bringing hope and belonging to the young people of Aotearoa.
