Hospice Shops - North Shore and Hibiscus Coast
We are looking for volunteers for a range of roles we have available; including sorting, pricing and displaying donated goods for sale, serving customers, and working on the till.
The Hospice Shops help fund the services of Hospice, providing specialised end of life care to North Shore/Hibiscus Coast residents and their families.
Applicants must be physically fit, capable of lifting a banana box of goods, a fabulous attitude and able to stand on concrete floors. Retail skills are welcome but not essential.
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
One rostered shift of 4 hours on weekdays and Saturdays, either weekly or fortnightly, particularly in the afternoon between 1:00pm and 4:30pm. We are looking for an ongoing commitment.
We recognise that many volunteers are involved with the school run; we are happy to provide flexibility, particularly with regards to our afternoons.
