LoVE Online - Impactful Volunteering - Where Next?

Often, volunteering per say is not recognised for the impact it can have, on our clients, our organisation and in particular on our mission.

Collecting stories and data on our volunteers and their impact on our clients, organisation and themselves is a part of ensuring a successful volunteer programme. And knowing the impact of our volunteer involving programes is integral to the overall success of our organisation's mission.

Whether or not you were part of our recent learning opportunities on impactful storytelling and impact measures, you will find this LoVE Online session a useful session. We will be sharing our learning, discussing where to next and how we can ensure that we are making the most of the impact we know is happening.

Clair Baldwin, Impact Lab Wellington, said, "Only by measuring the things that matter most, can we know the true impact we are having, and adapt our practices as needed to meet the challenges of today."

Rachel Dubois said, "The stories of the volunteers who come through your organisations and the work they do can be profound and moving. The stories of the lives that are changed, in tiny and massive ways, hold an intrinsic value to anyone who gets to hear them."

Join us as we review what we, as Leaders of Volunteer Engagement, are currently doing, what we are looking at undertaking, what we have learnt about impactful volunteering and how we can translate that into practical options to celebrate the impact of volunteers and volunteering.
