Many volunteers work independently out in the field, in different agency departments, or at different days / times to the Co-ordinators, out in the field or in different agency departments.
In this half day workshop we will look at the challenges in working with volunteers with whom there is limited contact, while ensuring the best outcome for the agency and the volunteer.
The workshop will cover:
