We are living amid constant organisational change and while not all change is negative the word does conjure up all sorts of images in our mind.

Join us in a discussion that will help to understand the change process so that we inform volunteers positively and promptly.

Sue has an extensive background in volunteer leadership and programme management. Sue is passionate about volunteerism and is a national and international trainer.
