Financial Literacy for non-Accountants

We are not all accountants, but we do need to be able to read a set of financial accounts, whether for reporting purposes, funding applications, preparing budgets, business planning or accountability. Do you struggle when faced with reading a set of financial accounts and would love to know how to more easily analyse and interpret these? To understand the basics of what to look for and how to extract the information you need?
In partnership with VA, Sovereign are offering a half day workshop run by their finance team to provide coaching on financial literacy for community groups. The session will include the following elements:
· Financial Basics explained - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flows
· Management insights and decisions drawn from Financials
