We are looking for volunteers who are willing to give some of their time to help others. If you know how to knit it will be a perfect fit ! We would love to hear from you. Come and join our friendly team at CHT: Royal Oak Rest Home.

Requirements:

If knitting is your happy place...you've got me in stitches ;-)

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Most volunteers spend one hour per week at the care home, but we are flexible and do our best to work in with your schedule. You may prefer to volunteer fortnightly, monthly, or on a flexible basis. We are grateful for any time that you have to offer. We welcome weekday, weekend, and evening volunteers.
