Social Media Manager
Develop and execute our social media strategy, including content creation, posting, and engagements.
Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and written content, that aligns with our brand and mission.
Manage and monitor our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Engage with our social media followers, respond to comments and messages, and build our online community.
Monitor social media trends and provide insights and recommendations to the Operations Executive.
Collaborate with our social media consultancy to ensure best practices and up-to-date training
We are Elite Students for Self Empowerment, a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering disenfranchised youth in New Zealand. Our programs help our students build character and overcome the challenges in their environment. We provide the platform, and the structure in where they can focus their efforts to a positive outcome.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role, with a strong track record of creating engaging social media content and managing social media accounts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
A passion for social impact and a desire to make a difference in the lives of disenfranchised youth.
Training or certification from a social media consultancy or similar organisation preferred.
