Board Secretary

This role involves the administrative tasks of a Board Secretary. Maintaining and updating Agendas, Minutes and Reports from Members, filing of records, compliance with the Charities Commission/Incorporated Societies and assisting the Chair and Manager at Board Meetings.

Requirements:

MOJ Vetting form, Driver's Licence

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Flexible: Participation in Monthly Board meetings held 2nd Wednesday of the month 10.30am-12pm approximately onsite . Arranging Special General Meetings/Zoom sessions as requested by Chair. Remote hours 2-4hrs per month - Preparing Minutes after meetings, forwarding to Board members and staff. Circulating correspondence, reports and phone calls.
