COME JOIN OUR NEXT TRAINING (6 DAYS) SESSION.

North Shore Budget Service is offering free training to anyone who qualifies to become a Financial Mentor. This is a certificated Fincap training course. At the end of training you will join our dedicated team of full-time mentors, and volunteers.

This is a very fulfilling role. You will provide financial budgeting mentoring to those who may have temporarily encountered financial hardship and need support to empower them to work towards a healthier financial future. The work our mentors do ensures improved financial capability and healthier situations for many for individuals, families and whanua.

Requirements:

It would be helpful to have a background in accounting/budget management, but not essential.

Training will be provided. It is a 6 day training course.

A Police background check is required for this role.
