No One Ever Stands Alone or NESA is a charity working to end drunk and drugged driving and bring these issues to the forefront of conversation in our nation. We provide support to individuals and family members who have been impacted by a drunk or drugged driver so that they can feel supported and cared for while they deal with the the traumatic season in their lives. We believe that we can saves lives and make a difference for the generations to come.
About the role
We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join our chairity leadership team. You will be a key member of our operations team to develop and expand our charitable operations and make a difference to end drunk and drugged driving.
You will oversee all our operational strategy to grow and expand NESA across New Zealand.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:
-Develop new community and volunteer initiatives in line with the strategic aims of NESA.
-Identify and maximize new opportunities.
-Develop and continue alliances with stakeholders and other charities and community groups.
-Foster the relationship with the NZ Police across New Zealand.
-Oversee the development and leading volunteers.
-Report and work closely with the NESA board of trustees.
-Develop relationships with businesses and individuals for NESA funding opportunities.

-Experienced in leading teams and working with stakeholders in either a corporate or volunteer role.
-Understanding of drunk and drugged driving and the consquences associated(preferred).
-Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
-Confident working with and developing relationships.
-Demonstrated planning and organisational skillls.
