Front desk receptionist

As our front desk receptionist, you will be answering the phone, forwarding calls, taking messages, greeting people when they arrive, and connecting them with the appropriate team. You will be supporting two teams, our National Support Office and our Drop-in Centre

Requirements:

Training will be provided by someone who has been in this role for many years. Basic computer skills will be needed as some administration jobs will be required.
You are not needed on the school holidays.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

During the Drop-in Centre hours. Shifts are available three days a week in 2.5-hour slots during term time only.

Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday: 9.30 am - 12 pm or 12 pm - 2.30 pm.
