Spring Flower Show Assistants
Come along and assist with all things practical at the Auckland Horticultural Council Spring Show in September. We are seeking able bodied people to help with setting up and dismantling the event. You would be responsible to the Event Managers who would guide you in setting up Hall 1 and Hall 2 on Friday 9th September 1:00pm - 6:00pm at the Auckland Horticultural Council Rooms, 956 Great North Road with tables, trestles,vases and coverings. We also require assistants to help with the pack down of the Auckland Horticultural Council Spring Show Saturday 10th September 3:00pm - 6:00pm. You will be provided with refreshments,a fluro vest and name badge.
Featuring a great variety of plants, flowers, succulents and bulbs on show and for sale, plus refreshments and raffles. This is also an excellent opportunity to get some free advice from experienced gardeners and horticulturists, plus find out more about all the wonderful garden clubs and societies throughout Auckland.
Physically able to pack down folding plastic tables,light trestles vases, coverings and chairs. Able to follow instructions and work well in a team. You will need to wear closed toe shoes for this role.
Friday 9th September 1pm - 6pm. Saturday 10th September 3pm - 6pm.
