MEals Support Programme Assistant
Our Charity Manager has implemented our programme, it's up and running and now we need someone to come on board and work with her to help us to deliver this service. This is done through phone calls and emails. The work can include talking to those who apply; assessing eligibility; assessing requirements; listening as they explain their dietary needs, suggesting healthy, easy meal options; placing orders; collating feedback. In the course of this interaction deciding if the applicant needs the help of our MEntoring Programme which helps find other services or offers educational material around the illnesses.
Our website www.restassuredrespitetrust.org will give more information about our charity, the MEals Support Programme and the MEntoring Programme.
