As a volunteer driving mentor you will be tasked with aiding migrants or refugees in obtaining their driver's licence. This would entail coaching, being their support person when on the road.

Requirements:

To be a mentor you must have the following:

Class 1 Full Licence in the last 2 years.
Able to commit 2.5 hours per week over 10-12 weeks of practice driving for migrants or former refugees.
Able to attend the mentors training and induction before beginning your volunteer work.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

At least 2.5 hours per week over 10 - 12 weeks.
