Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator

This role is coordinate our social media, direct mail and other forms of digital outreach. Keys tasks of the role are to develop and maintain a contacts list for outreach, disseminate newsletters, updates and invitations using MailChimp, and strengthen outreach through social media channels, mainly Facebook, YouTube, Linked In and Instagram. This will include working with agencies to develop videos and graphics for outreach.


The role will suit someone who has excellent communication skills, is well organised and who is able to show initiative. Strong written and oral communication skills are a must, and ability to use spreadsheets (Excel) is essential. You will have experience in using social media for outreach and to build an audience. Experience in digital marketing, using tools such as MailChimp, video production and graphics is desirable.

Time commitment:

Hours and days are flexible and the work can be done from home. We are looking for an ongoing commitment and expect the role to take approximately 15 hours of your time per week.
