Fundraising Support
We are looking for people who want to get involved generating fundraising ideas and working with the team to carry them out. Hopefully this will also help to raise awareness of our charity and its aims. We would like help with raising awareness of the plight of the individuals in Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo and generating funds to support them.
We are friendly, approachable group of people, with a very proactive chairperson and we will offer any support/help that you require to find your feet within the charity
No prior skills are required however, some fundraising experience may be helpful. A proactive friendly attitude is definitely welcomed!
We usually have 1 meeting per month (1-2hrs), plus a few hours in your own time and some extra time for events.

Fundraising
Note: The Volunteering Auckland offices will be closed from 21 December until 14 January. You are welcome to apply for volunteer roles during this time, however we will be unable to respond until after the holiday period. In the meantime, please see our Holiday Volunteering article.
