Nursery work and Planting at Cornwall Park

Join us on Thursday, May 30th at the beautiful Cornwall Park in Epsom and spend the day planting daffodil bulbs which will add to the stunning Spring display. Cornwall park is an expansive city park and an oasis in the heart of the city. Rich in history, nature and places to explore, what better place to spend the day. On this programme volunteers can come to the Conservation Volunteers offices in Eden Terrace at 8am departure and we then take you out in our van to the project and return you no later than 4pm.

For all our projects you are assisted by a qualified team leader who guides you through the tasks and can help you to identify and learn about native species of fauna and flora and conservation.We also provide all tools, equipment, gloves, etc.


There are no specific requirement except a reasonable level of fitness and a willingness to get stuck in.

Time commitment:

Join us on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 8:30am to 3pm. Project days run from 8:00am to before 4:00pm including transport time from our office in Eden Terrace. You can choose to meet on site at 8:30am if that suits you better.
