Administration Assistant

We are looking for volunteers to assist with daily office activities and operations in our Mt Roskill office. The role involves responding to phone calls and answering member enquiries, data entry to update records, planning activities for the Senior Citizens, cultural school, updating social media platforms, writing event reports and support the ongoing work within the trust.

Requirements:

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office is required. Must have excellent communication skills.
Hindi Language proficiency preferable

Time commitment:

We expect the role to take 15 to 20 hours per week, days are flexible. This is an ongoing role and not suitable for job seekers. We would welcome those who would like to volunteer to keep active.
