Clerical Administrator

As a Clerical Administrator you will be sorting files and working with confidential information, with a view to disposing those documents that are no longer required. You will be scanning hard copy files, updating database records, and shredding or ensuring the safe disposal of confidential information

You will work closely with the team and be provided with support by both the Volunteer Coordinator and Operations Manager. Training is provided.

Requirements:

Must pay attention to detail and be fluent in reading and comprehension in English, and have basic computer skills.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

We would like an ongoing commitment as this is a long term project but hours can be flexible and we are open to short term volunteers.
