Regional Hub Coordinator

We are looking for a Regional Hub Coordinator to provide effective leadership, direction and support to the teams and create a welcoming and inclusive culture. The aim is to contribute to growth in membership of both volunteers and girls through quality leadership and delivery of a well-balanced, relevant girl programme that will help them discover their passions, contribute to their communities and form friendships in a safe a positive environment. Training and ongoing support available to help you achieve your leadership goals.


You will have excellent people management and leadership skills; excellent communication skills using a variety of channels and technologies; effective co-ordination and organisational skills and openness to change and new ideas. A good knowledge of your wider community and strong community relationships would be an advantage.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Time is very flexible, and will vary depending on other members of your team and your own availability. The role can be done any time that works for you and we expect that it would take between 3-4 hours per week.
