Donations Sorter for Hospice Shops
We are looking for a reliable person who is happy to commit to a weekly 3-4-hour rostered shift for our Distribution Centre (warehouse) based in St Johns. The Distribution Warehouse is where donations from the community are sorted and checked before being distributed to our shops.
You will be volunteering with a team of volunteers and paid staff in a friendly, upbeat and fun environment sorting and filtering all manner of goods such as clothing, linen, bric-a-brac, toys and home decor items. We can promise you that no 2 shifts will be same.
This role requires a reasonable level of fitness as there is some lifting involved, and must be able to commit to regular shifts. Applicants will need Referees (1-2),
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
One 3 - 4 hour shift per week (more if you like), weekdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm, either morning or afternoon.
